Ted Pantone, Co-Founder & CEO of Turaco, is a social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience living and working in East Africa. Eric Wanting, CEO of APA Life, brings 24 years of expertise in the life insurance industry, backed by a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor’s in Commerce and an MBA from Wits University, South Africa. He began his career at Liberty, later leading Liberty Africa’s Bancassurance business in 2007. In 2010, he joined Hollard, a Pan-African insurer, where he played a key role in expanding its Bancassurance and Alternative Distribution business across the continent.

Jack Ngare has more than 15 years of experience in various business functions. Mr. Ngare is currently a Technical Director, Office of the CTO at Google Cloud.
Mr. Ngare brings a wealth of in-depth knowledge around topics like management, telecommunications, financial services and emerging technology. Prior to working at Africa Development Centre, he held others positions including Managing Director at Finserve Africa, Chief Technical Officer at Equity Bank, Head, Technology Operations and Regional Information Risk and Security at Stanbic Bank, Head of IT Regional Support and Information Security at NIC Bank, as well as spending seven years at British Telecom with assignments in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Peru and Japan.
With a Master’s degree in management from Harvard University, Mr. Ngare also holds a Master’s degree in advanced computer science and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Leicester.

George Hapisu is a Partner and East Africa Advisory Human Capital Consulting Leader at Deloitte. Prior to joining Deloitte, George led the advisory consulting division of PricewaterhouseCoopers Kenya where he was HR Consulting Leader/ People & Change Director. He has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources Management in East Africa, twelve (12) of which has been gained in management consulting in big four firms.
George has served clients in TMT, ER&I, LS&HC, GPS, Consumer and FSI sectors in East Africa. He is currently Industry Leader for GPS Industry in East Africa.

Dr. Julius Kipng’etich is a scholar, speaker and a corporate guru. He has served in executive positions in both public and private sector organizations. He is currently the Regional CEO at Jubilee Holdings Limited.
Previously he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Uchumi Supermarkets Limited, Kenya Wildlife Service, Investment Promotion Centre (Keninvest) and also as the Chief Operating Officer of Equity Group Holdings Limited.
He has served in several boards including The Kenya Tourism Board and Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation. Previously he served as a lecturer at the University of Nairobi, School of Business and double up as the Director of Student Welfare Authority (SWA).

Anne Kinyanjui graduated from the University of Nairobi’s Faculty of Law in 2001 and obtained a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law in 2002. She was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2003. She began her legal career with the firm of Muthoga Gaturu & Company Advocates where she served her pupilage. She then joined the Interest Rates Advisory Centre (IRAC) and lectured part-time in Strathmore College. Anne joined joined Iseme, Kamau & Maema Advocates in September 2004 as an Associate where she rose through the ranks to become partner in 2009. Anne Kinyanjui is the partner in charge of the Conveyancing (Real Estate), Bank Securities and Finance department and has a wealth of experience in these areas.
